Custom Order & Return Policy

At BLANKZ Simply Plain, every item is custom-made specifically for each customer. Your order is created based on the size, shirt brand/style, color, and DTF design selected at the time of purchase. We take great pride in carefully creating each item to your specifications.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom-made items.

Please carefully review your shirt size, brand/style, color, design, spelling, and other selections before submitting your order.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not accepted. Materials and production preparations may begin shortly after your order is received.

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 2–4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time begins after your order and payment have been successfully received. During high-volume periods, large orders, special events, or holidays, additional processing time may be required.

Order Issues

We carefully inspect each item before it leaves our shop. If you believe you received an incorrect item or there is an issue caused by an error on our part, please contact us promptly so we can review the order.
